You can send any document like OC, PO, Sales Invoice, etc that you punch or create in Tranzact to the concerned persons either in Counter-party or organization itself through WhatsApp.
To send the document on "WhatsApp" follow the below steps: (OC as an example)
[A] Let say we create OC for XYZ Tech company. Once we fill in all details and click on the "Save and Send" button.
[B] You can see the WhatsApp POP UP on your screen, You can fill in the contact number and click on "Share" or "Save Contact and Share" button.
[C] Also you can click on "Select From WhatsApp & Share".
[D] After that you will get options to select from your contact and then click on send button.
[E] Your document will be sent to selected contacts.
