[A] To amend an Order Confirmation (OC) or a Purchase Order (PO), you have to cancel them first.
[B] However, as you can see in the below example, it is possible that there is no option to cancel the document:
[C} The reason is that other documents related to this PO or OC have been created, as can be seen in the transaction timeline.
[D] The PO cannot be cancelled unless these other documents are cancelled. First, cancel them and then cancel the PO, then you will be able to amend the PO.
[E] Same can be done in the case of order confirmation.
