[A] In order to do so, please go to Production Module, select "Production Order", select "WIP".
[B] Now find the production order for which you want to issue the material and open it.
Now click on Actions, select Action, click on Raw Material.
[C] Now as you can see there is option to select the store for each product. Select the store from which you want to issue the material and click on save.
