[A] Yes, you can flow the item level comment to Tally.
In order to do so, please go to "Tally Integration" module, Click on Tally Rule >> Tally General Rule
[B] Now search "Stock Item Description (Sales)", tick on check box and click on click on edit rule.
[C] Now paste the "<item_name><next_line><comment>" in box appear in pop-up and click on save. your setting will be saved in TranZact.
