[A] Go to the "Transactions" tab on the left-hand panel. In the next page, search for your Transaction either from the list visible on the screen or the "Search" bar. Click on the Transaction once you find it.



[B] On the next page you will see the Transaction timeline. In the timeline, click on the Tax Invoice for which you want to create a Debit Note.



[C] On the next screen, click on "Other Actions" (1) button on the top right corner and click on "Debit Note" (2). 



[D] On the next screen, you will see a form which creates the Debit Note. Some information will be pre-filled. Please fill the other details as per your requirements. 

Note: The fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and will need to be filled before you can create the Debit Note.

[E] Scroll down and click on the "Save Draft" to save it as a draft or "Save and Send" to save and send the Debit Note.  

[F] Once you click on " Save and Send", a popup showing details opens up asking you to confirm the creation of the Debit Note. Click on "Yes" to finish creating the debit note.



[G] The Debit note has been created and will show up in the transaction timeline against the respective PO.
