[A] In documents, the Resend Email option is available under the Other Actions tab

[B] Whenever you create any document the counterparty receives it in the form of an email. The Resend email option allows you to send the email related to that document once again.

[C] You can use this option if the counterparty is asking for the document again, then you can just use the "Resend Email" option.
