[A] To view the Purchase Order Register Report, go to the Reports Module and scroll down to the PURCHASE ORDER section.
[B] In it, click on PURCHASE INVOICE REGISTER. You’ll see an expanded view of that report where you can find many filters, depending on which the report will be generated.
Creation Date: The report is generated according to the PO creation dates (from and to) as specified by the user.
Delivery Date: The report is generated according to the goods delivery date (from and to) as specified by the user.
Company Name: The report is generated according to the company specified in this filter.
PO Status: The report is generated according to either the DRAFT, CANCELLED, OVERDUE, PENDING, ALL SENT, ALL COMPLETED or all the POs sent, as specified by the user.
Tags: the report is generated according to the store type.
Currency: This is used in order to generate any import transaction reports.
Item Type: The report is generated according to the item type selected – either an item or a service or both.
[C] After selecting the filters according to your use case, click on the GENERATE REPORT button. After clicking on it, a detailed report will be generated.
[D] In the report, you can view details according to the PO Number, PO Creation Date, Supplier Name, Delivery Date, Number of Items, and 16 more filters by selecting the columns you want to display from the dropdown list. You can also click on SELECT ALL to make the report display all the columns, or UNSELECT ALL to show none.
You can choose the sequence in which the columns are displayed by selecting them sequentially as per your need.
[E] You can also view the cumulative details according to the PO Creation Date, Supplier Name, Drafter Name, Sender Name or Status of the PO(1b) by clicking on the GROUPED DATA (1a) switch and selecting the required columns to display. You can download the generated report in an Excel format by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button(2).
