[A] On the left-hand panel, click “Reports”(1) to view all reports. Scroll down to see the sales report header. Under it, you will be able to see all sales-related reports.
[B] Click on the Sales Invoice Register (Item)(2) to see that report.
[C] Once you click on the report, you get options to filter Sales Invoices by
Creation Date (From) - Creation Date (To): Filter Sales Invoices created between two specific dates
Payment Date (From) - Payment Date (To): Filter Sales Invoices based on Payment Dates
Invoice Date (From) - Invoice Date (To): Filter Sales Invoices based on Invoice Dates
Company Name: Filter Sales Invoices for specific companies
Tags: Filter Sales Invoices by Custom Tags you assigned
Invoice Status: Filter using Sales Invoice Status to filter by the following statuses: All, Draft, Cancelled, Overdue, Pending, All Sent, Fully Paid
Currency: Filter Sales Invoices based on Currency
Item ID: Since this is a Sales Invoice Report (Item), add this to get a report for a specific Item
Dispatch Details Status: Filter using Sales Invoice by Dispatch statuses
Note: You may apply multiple filters together as well
[D] Click "Generate Report"(3) to generate the Sales Invoice Register report
[E]: To see which columns you want to see in the report, you may add or remove columns by "Select Columns" (4) field.
[F] "Select Groupable Columns"(5a) allows you to group certain columns together. The small button allows "Grouped Data"(5b) when clicked allows you to select items for grouping/ungrouping.
[G] You can search for specific values for any columns through the "Search"(6) fields under the headers
[H] The green "Download"(7) button on the top right allows you to download the raw data of the report you generated.
