[A] On the left-hand panel, click “Reports” (1) to view all reports. Scroll down to see the sales report header. Under it, you will be able to see all sales-related reports.
[B] Click on the Sales Order (ItemWise) Report(2) to see that report.
[C] Once you click on the report, you get options to filter Sales Order by
Creation Date (From) - Creation Date (To): Filter Sales Orders created between two specific dates
Delivery Date (From): Filter Sales Orders based on Delivery Dates
Company Name: Filter Sales Orders for specific companies
SO Status: Filter Sales Orders based on Sales Order Status (Order Confirmation, Draft, Cancelled, Completed, Sent, Overdue, Pending)
Tags: Filter Sales Orders by Custom Tags you assigned
Currency: Filter Sales Orders based on Currency
Item Type: Filter Sales Orders based on specific Items or Services
Note: You may apply multiple filters together as well
[D] Click "Generate Report"(3) to generate the Sales Order Register report
[E]: To see which columns you want to see in the report, you may add or remove columns by "Select Columns" (4) field.
[F] "Select Groupable Columns" (5) allows you to group certain columns together
[G] You can search for specific values for any columns through the "Search" (6) fields under the headers
[H] The green "Download" (7) button on the top right allows you to download the raw data of the report you generated.
