[A] Log into TranZact and click on the “Network Module" (1) in the left-hand panel.
[B] In the Network page, click on the "global search bar" (2) on the top of the screen and type the name of the company which you want to add to your network.
[C] If the company exists in the TranZact network, it will be shown in the suggestions list.
[D] If it is shown in the suggestions list, click on the name of the company.
[E] A new page showing the details of the company will be shown. In it, click on the “Connect” button.
[F] A menu slides from the left in which you have to select whether the counterparty is your "Supplier", "Buyer" or "Both".
[G] Then, click on the "Invite” button to send an invitation to the selected company.
[H] If the company does not exist on the TranZact network, you can manually add the company by clicking on “ + Add Company”.
[I] A new window appears asking for the company and user email is shown.
[J] In that new window, fill in the required details and click on the “Add Company” button.
[K] After clicking on “Check Company”, if the email exists in the network it will show in suggestion, if not, a form asking for the details of the company will be shown.
[L] Fill in the required details and click on the “Add Company” button.
[M] This will add the company to your network.
