Firstly, you cannot see a specific document/report because you don’t have the requisite permissions. For this you have to ask your management team to allow you the required permission for the concerned reports and the document.

[A] Go to the “Settings” Module (1) in your TranZact profile.

[B] Select the “Users” tab (2) at the upper right corner of the screen.

[C] Now switch to the “Teams” tab next to the “Users” tab in the capsule (3) at the upper right corner of the screen.

[D] Select the particular team (4) for which you have to give the permissions to.

[E] Here you can see the list of users in this particular team. Now select the “Permissions” tab (5) next to the “Users” tab from the upper right corner of the screen.

[F] You can select the required permissions to allow users to view the reports and required documents by clicking on the corresponding checkboxes.

[G] Click on the “Save” button (6) to save the changes made.
